Our Full Body Massage Course has been designed to provide learners with the theoretical knowledge, practical competence and professional confidence required to safely perform professional full body massage treatments within a salon, spa, wellness or clinical environment.

This comprehensive programme combines evidence-based theory with practical hands-on training, enabling learners to deliver relaxing, therapeutic massage treatments that reduce muscular tension, improve circulation and promote overall health and wellbeing. Students can choose to specialise in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage or Aromatherapy Massage, allowing them to tailor their learning to their career goals and client base.

Throughout the course, learners will develop an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, the muscular and skeletal systems, consultation techniques and treatment planning. Practical training covers a complete full body massage routine, incorporating the back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, abdomen and décolletage. Learners will master a variety of professional massage movements, pressure techniques and body mechanics to ensure treatments are both effective and comfortable for the client whilst protecting the therapist from strain and injury.
